Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This policy explains how we process the personal data collected through the menuora.net website and the demo request form, and which cookies we use. It is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is ANDJ SOCIAL S.R.L., a company incorporated under Romanian law (CUI 51083388).
For any request regarding your data, you can write to [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the demo request form on the site:
- the contact person's first and last name;
- the venue's name (restaurant, pizzeria, bar, patisserie);
- phone number;
- email address;
- the venue's city.
We do not collect special categories of data. The site does not require creating an account and does not process payment data: trials are free and activated manually by us.
3. Purposes and legal basis
The demo form data is processed in order to:
- get back to you to schedule and run the Menu Ora demo and answer your questions (commercial follow-up at your request);
- handle the pre-contractual stage and, where applicable, activate the free trial of the service.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in following up on a contact request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep the demo form data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if the service is not activated, for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, save for legal obligations. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Disclosure of data
The data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. It may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors, by the technical providers that enable us to run the site and handle requests (e.g. hosting and email), under appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the rights set out in Art. 15-22 GDPR at any time:
- access, rectification and erasure of your data;
- restriction of and objection to processing;
- data portability;
- lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]: we reply within the time limits set by law.
