Menu Ora is a software service that lets venues publish a digital menu accessible via QR code, update it on their own and view usage statistics. Features may evolve over time to improve the product.

Through the site you can request a demo by leaving your contact details. The request entails no obligation to buy and no payment: the site does not handle online transactions. The free trial, where activated, lasts for the period stated at activation and can be stopped at any time.

The commercial terms of the service (plans and prices) are agreed separately; any amounts shown on the site are purely informational.

By using the site and the service you undertake to:

• provide truthful and up-to-date data in the contact form;
• not use the site for unlawful purposes or to harm the rights of others;
• not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service;
• publish in the menu only content you hold the rights to and that complies with applicable rules (e.g. allergen information).

The site, the Menu Ora trademark, the software and the related content are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. The content you upload to your menu remains yours: you grant us only the rights needed to provide the service.

We strive to keep the service available and working, but we do not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site and the service.

We may update these terms to align them with changes in the service or in the law. The version in force is always published on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.

For anything not expressly provided for, the applicable legislation applies. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
